hi, I’m Natalie
and I’m a writer. In a culture where we consume endless amounts of information every second, I’m hoping to squeeze my bit of writing in front of your eyes and maybe even make you laugh a little.
But I set up on the verge because I wanted to finally have a space to write all the things that go on in my head: the complexities of long-distance friendships, a tale about body image, the joy in feeling summer grass between your toes, the raw edges of a quarter-life crisis. All of that you’ll find right here.
This space will grace your inbox weekly on a Sunday afternoon — it’ll be something to peruse through when you’re putting off the pile of laundry sitting on that chair or sitting in your towel on your bed hours after having showered (we’ve all been there).
You might wonder what to expect each week and if I’m honest, I’m not one to squeeze my writing into a box. So, one week might be about the delight of a juicy grapefruit fresh from the garden, the next about the tragedies of a friendship lost.
AOB?
If you fancy giving me a follow on any other social channels, I post pictures of my dog and food here, and occasionally I dabble in photography here.
