Hey, I’m Natalie; fellow photographer, dog owner and rambling essayist.

So…what is On the Verge?

Through a total leap of faith, I’ve moved from being on the verge to being at the complete mercy of readers willing to take a chance on my writing. In a culture where we consume endless amounts of information every second, I’m hoping to squeeze my bit of writing in front of your eyes and maybe even make you laugh a little.

On the Verge is a mish mosh space of writing where you’ll find a little bit of everything here: self-reflective think-pieces, probably lists of something, things that bring me joy, things that rile me up and keep me awake at night, and the things that I think are worth talking about.

This space will start with a weekly Sunday afternoon newsletter — it’ll be a great piece to peruse through when you’re putting off pile of laundry sitting on that chair.

If you’ve subscribed to Kitchen Diaries as well then you’ve luckily got yourself an extra newsletter on a Wednesday which shares a recipe I’ve made that week or discusses something related to food. I hope you join in the conversation, there’s nothing I love more than a bit of food sharing and gossip.

AOB?

If you fancy giving me a follow on any other social channels, I post pictures of my dog and food here, and occasionally I dabble in photography here.
